Terms & ConditionsThe following terms and conditions apply to the use of the Gamma Solutions Pty Ltd ("Gamma Solutions) web site, Australian Business Number 95 055 475 904 and it's customers. Use of the web site indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change by Gamma Solutions, and content of the terms and conditions may change at any time without prior notice. By becoming a customer of Gama Solutions, the customer herein agrees to be bound to the terms and conditions listed on Gamma Solutions. Pricing & Placing OrdersAny Quotation made by Gamma Solutions is not an offer to sell, and no order given in pursuance of any Quotation shall bind the Company unless accepted. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders are subject to acceptance by Gamma Solutions within seven (7) days of receipt by Gamma Solutions of the customer placing an order. All pricing is in Australian dollars and exclusive of Australian GST. Pricing and stock availability are subject to change without prior notice. Gamma Solutions reserves the right not to sell below cost. E & OE. All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Gamma Solutions. Gamma Solutions may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers, providing reasonable prior notice. To minimise errors and improve efficiency, orders must be placed using our on-line ordering system. Quantity in stock displayed on the web site is a guide only. Quantity in stock does not take into account orders already placed which have not yet been processed. It is possible that an order placed earlier will receive the allocation of the part in which the quantity for it showed as in stock at the time of your order. Inventory discrepancy can also affect the accuracy of the stock status displayed on the web site. Pricing may vary depending upon location due to freight costs and other logistical requirements. Gamma Solutions reserves the right to adjust freight costs at any time. Delivery/CollectionGamma Solutions do not ship to PO Boxes. Delivery TimeDelivery dates quoted are an estimate only. Unless a guarantee has been provided in writing by Gamma Solutions allowing for liquidated damages for failure to deliver by the quoted date, Gamma Solutions shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage howsoever arising for failure to deliver on or before the quoted date. PAYMENTPayment for products shall be made in advance, without deduction or demand, prior to the shipping of the goods. RETURNSGamma Solutions offers a 5 day return policy on items, which is based on the manufacturer return policies. To ensure efficient service, please have the following information on hand when calling for a return order: Customer Name, Invoice Number, Part Number, Serial Number (if applicable) and the reason for the return. Returns Policy – Within 5 DaysAll products returned must be in "as new" condition, in original packaging and containing all original packing materials. Also included must be all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund or credit. Gamma Solutions reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange of any item that is not returned in the original packaging nor deemed to not be in "as new" condition. Non-Defective Goods FeeFor warranty claims on goods deemed to be non-faulty, a $50 non-fault fee will be payable or the "Non-Defective Items" Policy (refer last section of this policy) may apply, whichever is greater. The customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost prior to the non-faulty item being returned to the customer. Cancellation ChargesA Cancellation Charge of $20 will be applied to orders cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed and processed. This charge may be waived at management discretion. Shipping ChargesShipping charges on returned items are the customer's
responsibility; Gamma Solutions agree to pay for shipping on replacement or
exchange item(s). Gamma Solutions will not pay shipping for non-faulty or
non-defective items. Under such circumstances the customer must arrange payment
and a courier Defective Goods PolicyDefective items can be returned directly to Gamma Solutions within 30 days from the invoice date at Gamma Solutions discretion, for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in our detailed policy. After 5 days, all manufacturers' warranties apply. Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges. Non-Defective Goods PolicyAlthough Gamma Solutions is not liable to provide a refund or credit note should the customer change their mind or source the goods cheaper elsewhere (Resource: Consumer Affairs Victoria), we will accept returns within 5 days from the invoice date. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and a credit note will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Gamma Solutions reserves the right to authorise product returns beyond 5 days from the invoice date at management discretion. **Note: Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited back to the same credit card. WarrantyGamma Solutions agrees to assign to the Customer any warranties and indemnities which are capable of assignment and which Gamma Solutions receives from their Supplier, including any transferable warranties and indemnities respecting patent infringement. New hardware is covered by the manufacturer return-to-base standard warranty. The purchaser will bear all transport costs to and from the address specified by Gamma Solutions for warranty repairs. Turnaround time for warranty claims depends largely on the supplier. Gamma Solutions will endeavour to speed up the process wherever possible, however the time involved for a warranty claim does include the time required to test and return the item to the supplier, together with those of the supplier themselves. The Customer acknowledges that Products sold by Gamma Solutions are not designed for use in life support, life sustaining, nuclear equipment, or other applications in which the failure of the Products could reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage (Other Applications). If the Customer uses or sells any Products for use in life support, life sustaining, nuclear equipment, or Other Applications the Customer does so at its own risk. The Customer fully indemnifies Gamma Solutions and the manufacturer of such Products for any loss or damages they may incur as a result of any such use or sale. DISCLAIMERUnless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by Gamma
Solutions or Gamma Solutions' authorized representative, these Conditions may
not be waived or modified. Neither Gamma Solutions' acknowledgement of a
Purchase Order nor Gamma Solutions' failure to object to conflicting, contrary,
or additional conditions in a Purchase Order shall be deemed an acceptance of
such conditions or a waiver of the provisions hereof. Unless otherwise
expressly agreed to in writing by Gamma Solutions or Gamma Solutions'
authorized representative and notwithstanding any terms appearing in
documentation provided by or on behalf of the Customer, these Conditions shall
be incorporated by implication into all Purchase Orders accepted by Gamma
Solutions and all subsequent agreements and arrangements by Gamma Solutions to
supply the Customer with Products.

Order ConfirmationAfter your order has been placed, an Order Confirmation will be forwarded via email with full details of the order. Your order will be processed as soon as possible and any issues will be advised via telephone or e-mail.
